Upon arrival at Dar es Salaam Airport, you’ll be greeted by a representative who will assist with your transfer to the domestic terminal. From there, you’ll board a scheduled light aircraft flight to Nyerere National Park in southern Tanzania. Upon landing, a representative will escort you to your luxury lodge or camp within the park, where you’ll stay for the next three nights.

Delve into the vast landscapes of Nyerere National Park, formerly known as the Selous Game Reserve. Marvel at the wildlife that thrives around the Rufiji River, including crocodiles, hippos, and herds of elephants. Witness a diverse array of animals, such as buffalo, giraffe, zebra, impala, eland, wildebeest, baboon, hyena, lion, leopard, and African wild dog. Enjoy the advantage of off-road game drives, allowing for up-close wildlife encounters.

After a final morning game drive in Nyerere, return to your lodge or camp for lunch. Later, transfer back to the airstrip for a scheduled light aircraft flight to the remote and untamed Ruaha National Park. Upon arrival at Msembe airstrip, you’ll be driven to your accommodation where you’ll spend the next three nights.

Explore the vastness of Ruaha National Park, the largest national park in Tanzania, covering approximately 13,000km². Marvel at the incredible concentration and diversity of wildlife attracted to the Ruaha River, particularly during the dry season. Encounter large herds of elephants, prides of lions, packs of endangered African wild dogs, and a plethora of other animals including leopard, cheetah, jackal, giraffe, zebra, eland, impala, bat-eared foxes, and various bird species.

Begin the day with a final safari activity in Ruaha National Park, followed by breakfast at your lodge or camp. Subsequently, you’ll be driven back to Msembe airstrip for your scheduled light aircraft flight to Dar es Salaam airport, where you’ll connect to your international flight home.
