- Weather: Mountain weather is unpredictable. You must pack for extreme cold, high winds, and rain regardless of the season.
- Gear Rental: High-quality gear (such as -20°C sleeping bags and heavy parkas) can be rented independently or through Alkebulan Travels upon arrival in Moshi/Arusha.
